InterpretersIrving Eco-Centre interpreters are trained biologists who present programs on the species of wildlife - birds, plants, insects, molluscs and fish - found on or near the dune. During the past summer season the staff conducted, free of charge, a daily schedule of walks and expeditions to examine different topics such as a shore bird habitat in the morning, or butterfly attraction to the salt marsh plants in the afternoon, or an evening shore walk. The weekly Young Naturalists Club has been particularly popular .
