Education Officials on Tour
In early October, anglophone and francophone officials from the Department
of Education, school district officials and a representative of the Department
of Natural Resources and Energy took part in a condensed version of the
Education Partnership Tours.
J.D. Irving, Limited Partners with Youth Apprenticeship Program
As a partner with School District 13, J.D. Irving, Limited recently participated
in the Youth Apprenticeship Program by hiring Adam Nelson, a grade 10 student
at Carleton North High School.
New Educator Joins Education Partnership Team
Claudette Vautour, an educator from School District 1 has been seconded
from the Department of Eduction to help develop and implement J.D. Irving,
Limited's educational programs and materials for Francophone classrooms.
