Irving Eco-Centre, La Dune de Bouctouche

Welcome to the Irving Eco-Centre, open to the public, free of charge. It is one of four nature parks owned and operated by J.D. Irving, Limited.

At Irving Eco-Centre all events are free. For questions or pre-registration, please call (506) 743-2600 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm (Mon-Fri).

Schedule of activities for the public for July and August 2007

  • From June 25th to September 2nd, the Information and Interpretation Centres will open daily at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
  • From September 3rd to October 27th 2007 , the Information and Interpretation Centres will open:
    Monday to Thursday: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Meeting place for all interpretive events will be on the boardwalk near the Information Centre.
  • For information or group reservations please call 1-506-743-2600 or 1-888-640-3300 (reserved guided walks can be offered in English or French)

9:30am to 11:30am: “Jeunes Naturalistes”:
for children between 7 and 12 years. Spend the morning in nature discovery mode. Parents must register their child each week for this activity: first come first serve (f)
